We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrative assistant & cashier to manage administrative tasks and cash transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate should be reliable, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Cashier Duties:
- Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately.
- Maintain and reconcile daily cash reports.
- Issue receipts and manage cash registers efficiently.
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist customers with transaction-related inquiries.
Administrative duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including record-keeping and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local authorities such as DED, DCD, MOHRE, DHA, etc.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related tasks.
Required skills & qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in administration and cashiering.
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory compliance (DED, DCD, MOHRE, DHA).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
