Description:

Hiring Administration Coordinator

  • Duties will include handling manpower and delivering and fulfilling the works in the operation.
  • Monitor staff’s daily schedule and properly coordinating with the assigned supervisor in charge in different departments to ensure that the job executes accordingly and in the right manner towards the clients.
  • Prepare an agreement between the company and the clients as well as the job order, invoices, quotation, cash receipts in all the services included.
  • Responsible for staff’s daily attendance, particularly in the operating departments.
  • Performing the logistic part from the driver to the department supervisor.
  • Prepare the gate pass once mandatory nor required.
  • Answer phone calls inquiries and pro-actively offer the services that may suit the client’s needs which included the cold calling that would add to generating the company income.
  • Prepare Daily Sales and Monitoring operation reports.
  • Tracking the operation from the driver and coordinate with the designated department.
