Hiring Admin & Receiver / Storekeeper
About Us:
We are a dynamic restaurant chain seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Admin & Receiver / Storekeeper. If you have a passion for the F&B industry, a keen eye for detail, and expertise in menu setup and recipe costing, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular spot checks and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Safeguard all inventory and update systems accordingly.
- Collaborate with the central kitchen for optimal stock levels and ingredient freshness.
- Update recipes and menu engineering based on inventory availability.
Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between Finance, Cost, Restaurant Manager, and Chef.
- Collaborate with the central kitchen for seamless communication.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely and accurate deliveries.
Month-End Processes:
- Conduct monthly inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Update invoices accurately in the system.
- Raise Purchase Orders (LPO) as needed.
Menu and Recipe Expertise:
- Responsible for menu and recipe updates in the system.
- Full knowledge of menu setup and recipe costing.
- Ensure accurate costing of the menu items.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a multi-chain restaurant.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software.
