Hiring Admin Officer
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Officer to handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing insurance-related processes, handling employee requests, and supporting various departments with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance-related activities, including:
- Obtaining quotations and processing new insurance applications
- Handling policy renewals, extensions, and amendments
- Managing additions and deletions for group medical insurance
- Requesting certificates and processing claims/reimbursements
- Coordinate air ticket requests for terminated employees
- Maintain organized filing systems and records
- Support teams with administrative tasks to improve workflow efficiency
- Monitor office expenditures and manage administrative contracts
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Address employee concerns and complaints professionally
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of insurance procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
