Company Description: Eva Real Estate is a real estate company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Admin Expert in Listing to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing our property listings on popular platforms like Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
Job Description: As an Admin Expert in Listing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder are well-optimized, accurate, and up-to-date. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure our property listings receive maximum visibility and engagement on these platforms. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Listing Optimization: Create and maintain property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder, ensuring that they are visually appealing, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Content Management: Write compelling property descriptions, upload high-quality images, and manage property details on the listing platforms.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure all property information, prices, and contact details are accurate and in compliance with platform guidelines.
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to enhance property listing visibility.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of listings and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor listings to ensure our listings remain competitive.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with potential buyers or tenants to answer inquiries and facilitate viewings.
- Platform Compliance: Stay informed about the policies and guidelines of the listing platforms and ensure full compliance.
