Profile Recruitment is looking for a qualified Accounts Specialist to join our team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office
• 1-3 years of experience in Payroll Processing & Invoicing
• Degree in accounting, business, or a related field would be an advantage
• With background from a Manpower Supply is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hands-on and actively engaged in all aspects of payroll and time-keeping management
• Ability to develop and maintain a strong partnership with HR & Account
• Responsible for all tasks related to payroll processing (collecting employee’s timesheets, calculating wages, issuing statements, detailing earnings, preparing WPS sheets etc.)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of data
• Exhibit the highest standards of professional integrity and business ethics
• Assist with other tasks when assigned
• Very good communications skills, both oral and written, with strong inter-personal skills
• Cross cultural exposure
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, business, commerce, or a related field
