Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Remote
Job Type: W2 Contract (6 months)
We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our team! This role involves billing and entering stock additions, with a high volume of work during Agronomy Season. If you have experience with Agris and Adobe, that’s a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately using relevant software programs.
- Enter stock additions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Resolve discrepancies related to invoices and transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Answer phone calls professionally and assist with inquiries.
- Support the billing team with backup duties and project-based assignments as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree OR 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage high-volume workloads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Agris and Adobe is a plus!
