About The Role

The Accounts Receivable Specialist SRO is responsible for the specialized processing of accounts receivable transactions in areas such as Cash Applications, Cash Posting, and Negative Balances. This role requires managing a high volume of adjustments and refunds while maintaining department standards for quality and accuracy. The position operates under general supervision and plays a key role in supporting inventory management and reporting any variances of concern.

Responsibilities

  • Process a high volume of out-of-balance adjustments and refunds within designated deadlines
  • Conduct research and communication in alignment with department standards
  • Support inventory activities and report any variances that may impact operations
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures for all assigned tasks
  • Perform duties with general supervision and maintain quality and accuracy

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience in insurance, claims, EOB, cash posting, billing, or accounts receivable
  • Previous experience with LabCorp Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred
