Account Receivable Specialist

About the role

AnswersNow is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee and perform essential Accounts Receivable functions within our revenue cycle management team. This role will focus on back-end operations, particularly managing claim denials, alongside other critical revenue cycle responsibilities.

What you’ll do

  • Follow up on denied and rejected claims to ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and manage outstanding balances effectively.
  • Address inquiries regarding billing and insurance with professionalism and clarity.
  • Contribute to revenue cycle audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
