What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Process reimbursements for parents, requiring in-depth research on qualifying items
• Resolve discrepancies related to reimbursements
• Utilize EMA software for efficient processing
• Gradually increase processing volume from approximately 30 to 100 reimbursements per day
• Assist with the automation process for accounts payable and research/coding invoices to the appropriate grants

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must have a quiet space for remote work
• Minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable or relevant experience (AP, AR, Office Manager, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Abiliyt to resolve reimbursement discrepancies effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with AP automation processes
• Familiarity with grant coding and invoice research
• Previous experience in a fast-paced remote work environment
