Hiring Accounts Payable Clerk
Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk, located in DECATUR, Alabama. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to processing invoices, maintaining accuracy in customer records, and responding to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer credit applications
- Maintain precise customer credit records
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders in a timely manner
- Efficiently perform data entry tasks into the NetSuite system
- Input order request forms into the system as required
- Handle around 100 invoices per day, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize Tipalti for Accounts Payable and accounting purposes
- Assist in the shipment of equipment when necessary
- Collaborate with purchasing personnel on a regular basis
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
Requirements
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
- Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential.
- Ability to manage and perform Check Runs effectively.
- Proficiency in Coding Invoices is necessary.
- Strong Data Entry skills required for managing and updating records.
- Experience in Invoice Processing, including tracking and managing payments.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of NetSuite for financial tracking and management is essential.
- Familiarity with Tipalti for managing global payables is necessary.
