Hiring Accounts Manager
Stargate are a multi service delivery, buildings solutions, fit out and property maintenance company. We employ 1,000+ staff operating across 8 revenue producing divisions and are growing rapidly. - Degree in Accounting/Finance is mandatory.
- Full or Part Qualified in ACCA, ACA CIMA or similar credentials gained whilst working in a professional accounting environment
- 4-6 Years of experience as an Accountant or Similar role in Sri Lanka
- Accounting experience gained in any multi-national corporate environment will be a big plus
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines on multiple project initiatives is essential
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to delegate whilst being able to control is paramount
- Excellent knowledge of Tally or equivalent’s software (Sage or Quickbooks etc)
- Comfortable liaising with various business teams within the company
- Join immediately within 7 days. (Relocate to Dubai within 7 days from Sri Lanka)
Requirements:
- Analyzing and providing data to support management business decisions for both revenue and operational department functions.
- Managing financial reporting, across all company budgeting and forecasting on an agreed scheduled delivery basis to include provision of on time monthly management accounts.
- Ensure at all times the availability of the current status of company sundry creditors and debtors with aging and risk analysis information.
- Provide proactive full cash flow management to support all company project and operational functions.
- Oversee all accounting systems and records, including, but not limited to: invoices and reconciliation, expenditures, inventory, assets, payroll, cut off, payments, bank reconciliation.
- Manage company accounting procedures and financial records to ensure compliance with required UAE statutory financial regulations, laws and policies such as VAT, corporate tax and annual company reports.
- Consolidate and analyze financial statements and results.
- Prepare budgets and monitor YTD performances and expenditures against agreed forecasts.
- Manage any other periodical reporting as required.
- Overall management of all salary payments and records.
