We are hiring! – Accounts & Finance Manager

Department: Finance and Accounting

Reports To: Director/Owner

Annsden Group is a dynamic real estate company currently establishing operations in the UAE, with established branches in Germany and South Africa

Job Summary:

The Accounts & Finance Manager oversees financial operations, accounting processes, planning at the group level for our real estate entity and role ensures compliance with UAE, South Africa and Germany regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), maintaining financial health & stability

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements in compliance with UAE, South Africa and Germany regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

Budgeting and Planning:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process with the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets
  • Provide financial analysis & support for strategic initiatives, including real estate acquisitions, developments etc
  • Evaluate & report on financial performance against budget and provide recommendations for improvement

Accounting Operations:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, & procedures to safeguard company asset
  • Oversee the implementation & maintenance of accounting systems and software
  • Taxation & Compliance: · Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations at group level, including VAT & corporate income tax
  • Coordinate with external auditors at group level for annual audits & ensure timely resolution of audit findings
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations & standards and implement necessary changes to policies & procedure
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor cash flow, develop strategies for working capital optimization, and manage banking relationships
  • Team Leadership: Mentor & lead the finance team, conduct evaluations, promote collaboration across department
  • Risk Management: Identify & mitigate financial risks, implement risk management policies, ensure adequate insurance coverage
  • Salary: AED 11,000 – 12,000

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA preferred)
  • 5-7 years experience in finance/accounting with 2-4 years in real estate management
  • Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, IFRS, & real estate accounting practices
  • Proficiency in financial management software & advanced Excel
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership, communication
  • High integrity & ethical standards

Working Conditions:

  • Based in UAE with occasional travel
