Accounts Executive Accountant

Location: Dubai

Required:

Years of Experience – at least 5 years of experience in Accounts and Finance (Minimum of two years UAE EXPERIENCE)

The responsibilities shall be not limited to the below:

• Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
• Knowledge in payroll and WPS
• Assisting with Cash flow & Projection
• Assisting with bank reconciliations
• Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
• Verifying bank deposits
• Managing day-to-day transactions
• Posting daily receipts
• Assisting Supplier and Client ledger Reconciliation
• Reporting on debtors and creditors with appropriate reconciliation
• Knowledge of the Tally platform
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel Maintaining all records and maintaining the physical filing system
