Job Description
- Sends field case management reports and invoices to customers using special instructions for each customer
- Verifies billing is within guidelines for case managers for the respective customer
- Bills each file according to customer instructions
- Researches errors and processes payments
- Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details
- May be assigned to various functional areas of the company
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-4 Years of Accounting/ Billing Support Experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Experience
