New Western is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Accounting Specialist to join its dynamic accounting team. This role supports the financial operations across multiple offices, handling general bookkeeping and real estate transaction accounting. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions through NetSuite.
  • Maintain precise records of investor funds and ensure proper documentation.
  • Handle property close-outs for payroll and review HUD statements for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, agents, and title companies to maintain seamless financial operations.
  • Prepare administrative reports and participate in ad hoc accounting projects as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
  • Experience using NetSuite, GSuite, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and eager to grow within a fast-evolving company.
  • Prior experience in real estate transactions is an advantage.
