Accounting/Finance Assistant required

Osstem Middle East FZCO, a leading global manufacturer of dental implant products and equipment’s, dedicated to enhancing oral healthcare worldwide. We are looking for a reliable Accounting/Finance Assistant to be responsible for the Account and finance department.

Job Description

• Assist to Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Facilitate the month-end and year-end closing process
• Support the CFO/Senior Accountant in financial planning and analysis
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the company’s budget
• Liaise with external auditors and assist with the audit process
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
• Stay current with advancements in technology and ERP accounting software

The Successful Applicant

• Master/bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Proven UAE 2+ years working experience
• Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP software
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced MS Excel
• Can join immediately
• Any Nationality can apply
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent in English
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
