Key Responsibilities
- Record Transactions: Maintain accurate financial records by entering transactions into the accounting system, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Invoice Management: Prepare, review, and process invoices for payment or collections.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all transactions are recorded properly.
- Assist with Payroll: Help with the preparation of payroll and employee benefits processing.
- Prepare Reports: Generate basic financial reports, such as income statements or balance sheets, to assist accountants and managers.
- Filing and Organizing: Maintain organized financial records, including receipts, invoices, and other documents, for easy access and audit purposes.
- Communication: Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding financial transactions, discrepancies, or inquiries.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including managing schedules and maintaining office supplies.
Skills And Qualifications
