Job Description:
The Accounting and Finance Specialist is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, accounting, budgeting, and tax compliance for the organization. This includes establishing and improving financial regulations and systems, managing financial data and reporting, handling daily cash flow, and preparing key financial statements and tax filings.
Responsibilities:
Internal Financial Management:
- Establish and enhance the company’s financial regulations, systems, and processes to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
- Organize and archive all financial data and records in a structured manner.
- Oversee the entire accounting function, including preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Handle tax declarations, settlements, and the preparation of tax reports in a timely manner.
Financial Planning and Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive company fund budgets and issue regular budget reports.
- Summarize and report on company expenses.
- Calculate business sales profits based on data analysis and statistics.
Payroll and Tax Administration:
- Calculate employee salaries and business profits.
- Carry out salary payments and individual income tax declarations for all employees.
Pay-related Business Operations:
- Reconcile transaction data between the company’s backend systems and various sales channels.
- Regularly audit backend merchant data to identify and resolve differences.
- Manage overseas bank online banking operations and payment processing
- Reconcile backend settlement data with financial exchanges.
- Summarize and report on business profits and withdrawable profits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar accounting and finance role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience in managing payroll, tax filings, and bank reconciliations
- Familiarity with online payment platforms and backend financial systems
