Description:

We are urgently looking for a talented and UAE-experienced Accountant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
• Generating Sales invoices, account statements and Performing account reconciliations
• Producing monthly Sales/Salesman/Material Supply reports to the management.
• Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered.
• Researching and resolving account discrepancies and bank reconciliation.
• Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate/complete and ensure timely and accurate processing of all account’s receivables.
• Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bills due to reminders for payment collections and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
• Handle VAT preparation and reporting. Ensure collections and payments are done in line with UAE regulations.

Requirements:

• Graduate of finance/ accounts & Knowledge in Tally system or accounting packages with Strong experience in VAT will be added advantages.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the UAE.
