Accountant Required – Dubai

We are looking for an accountant who is able to produce financial statements, watch budgets and control accounts. Able to work autonomously work in accordance to the task list Able to priorities and multitask. Moreover, he/she should be able to organize Good at time management Able to communicate strong computing skills – Tally, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook. Patient and able to deal with pressure

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in the budget preparation, budget forecasts, and closure of accounts processes.
• To advise the school on the implementation of the Scheme for financing the school’s probity requirements.
• Take a proactive role in the delivery of services as a direct contact with customers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Monitor income and expenditure in relation to the school’s budget, and produce monthly reports for the Directors, Head teacher and the Finance Committee.
• Keep all school accounts and prepare income and expenditure reports in accordance with the financial regulations and shall prepare accounts for submission to the school’s auditors.
• Monitor the payment of salaries by the school’s payroll provider.
