Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage financial records, ensuring the utmost accuracy and integrity in accounting systems.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to uphold precise financial documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed financial reports for internal review.
- Serve as a professional liaison to address financial inquiries from vendors and clients in a timely manner.
- Aid in coordinating projects and monitoring progress to ensure accounting deadlines are met.
- Supervise and mentor the Accounting Clerk, fostering their professional development.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting team and report directly to the CEO.
Required Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Experience in non-profit accounting is advantageous.
- Proficient in accounting software, with QuickBooks experience being a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
