Description:

Looking for a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join our Real Estate Development team.

Job Scope:

• Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of the company.
• Ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported in a timely manners.

Job Duties:

• Prepare financial statements and report on any errors or anomalies in accounting methodology to direct line of authority.
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and report on variances between actuals and budget/forecasts
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information
• Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and ensure adequate liquidity Establish and maintain effective working relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial standards and with local tax regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting function

Education:

• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree preferred Master in a related field.
• CPA or CMA would be a plus

Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience within the Real estate and development field is a must from Dubai.

Other Requirements:

• Should have experience to work on TAS & Oqood & Escrow account System.
• Very good English language level
• Good level in Microsoft office (word – excel)
