Job Summary:

Support in Finance reporting for efficient and effective monthly financial recording, management and financial reporting.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounts receivable processes for property-related transactions.
• Prepare tenants’ statements of account as required.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of rental income, expenses, and property taxes.
• Main responsibilities include ensuring the company’s accounting system is consistently updated and accurate, entering financial transactions, managing day-to-day accounting activities such as recording transactions and reconciling accounts, preparing monthly reconciliation statements for all tenants, maintaining all related files, etc.
• Manage the full accounting cycle for assigned real estate properties.
• Ensure all accounting records and documentation are properly filed and retained.
• Collaborate with property management, leasing, and development teams to gather and verify financial data. Assist and provide prompt feedback to leasing teams on day-to-day transactions related to tenancies.
• Prepare and issue receipts to tenants for various payments, including rent, utilities, and deposits.
• Review and reconcile tenant account balances for revenue and receivables with the general ledger on a monthly basis, ensuring no pending integrity issues. Ensure the accuracy of adjustment entries processed monthly.
• Experience with UAE-based real estate, property management, or building lease industries is preferred.

Qualification & skills

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
• 5+ years of experience. Real Estate Brokerage Experience is mandatory.
