Responsibilities:
Budgeting:
- Develop, manage, and monitor company budgets.
- Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control.
Costing:
- Calculate and analyze the costs of production and operations.
- Implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements.
Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and present findings to management.
Retail Accounts Management:
- Oversee and manage retail account transactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the manufacturing or retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
