Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks which include maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The Accountant will also be responsible for reconciling bank statements, conducting financial analysis, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. This role is on-site and is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- ·Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a plus
