Apt Resources, is looking for an accountant to join the team of their clients thriving International Trade and Development company. They are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team. The right candidate for this role must be enthusiastic about finance, numbers, and data entry. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing accounts, reporting, and handling financial documentation. You will be part of an amazing team of professionals who are committed to the success of the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices and credit memos
- Conduct month-end and year-end close procedures
- Monitor bank transactions and prepare bank reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Provide customer service to clients as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
