We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join our CA firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Gold & Diamond business in the UAE. Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Gold & Diamond business in the UAE
- Previous experience working in a CA firm is preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance in the Gold & Diamond industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare financial statements and reports for clients in the Gold & Diamond industry
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and financial standards
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to clients
- Assist with tax planning and compliance for Gold & Diamond businesses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to address accounting and financial inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Support in the preparation of audit and tax files
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting practices
