Hiring Accountant Commission Management (Dubai experienced from Real Estate or Developer)

Location – Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Commission Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive record of all commissions earned by brokers and real estate ompanies.
• Commission Allocations: Analyze commission structures and allocations to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts and agreements.
• Commission Disbursements: Oversee the timely distribution of commissions to brokers and real estate entities, following established protocols.
• Deduction Management: Monitor and manage any deductions or adjustments related to commissions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on commission-related financial data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide documentation and support for commission-related matters.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining commission management processes and enhancing efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in commission management and allocation, preferably in the real estate industry from Dubai.
• In-depth knowledge of commission structures, calculations, and distributions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
