Hiring an Accountant

Location – Dubai

Skills: MS Excel, SAP B1

Availability: Immediate Basis

Key Responsibilities

• Financial record-keeping
• Bookkeeping
• Month-end and Year-end Closing
• Accounts Payable and Payments: Managing the process of recording, paying bills and invoices to vendors
• Accounts Receivable and Collections: Issuing invoices, tracking, and collecting payments
• Recurring Transactions: Prepayments, depreciation, amortization, accruals, interest schedule
• Payroll Processing: Calculating and processing WPS and Non WPS salaries.
• Tax compliance
• Auditing: Assisting with internal and external audits
• Inventory management: Monitoring and reconciling inventory levels
• Software and system management
• Compliance and regulatory reporting
• Finance Module Capabilities: Flexible and capable of working on any finance module

Skills

• Graduation in accounting and finance
• 5-7 years of work experience
• Master or CA inter will be an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of accounting software
• knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage
