Looking for a dynamic multitasking individual for a start-up Interior Design company in Dubai.
Office Location: Shk. Zayed Road, Gold and Diamond Park Building.
Job Description: Accountant
Salary: AED 4000 – 5000
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Management including daily accounting transactions, petty cash management, purchase orders, Bank reconciliation and treasury functions, payroll preparation, Inter company reconciliation, owner’s account reconciliation, expenses report, advances settlement and reconciliation, adjustments transactions, prepaid settlements, etc.
- Well versed with Odoo, Quick Books and Excel functions
- Knowledge of IFRS and filing of VAT returns.
- Well versed with Project Accounting, Project costing and finalization of accounts.
- Receivables and Payables Management
- Day to day Admin & HR tasks
- Email communications – Internal and external
Requirements:
- Experience in similar field will be preferred.
- Candidates can be of any gender, age and nationality.
- Candidates who can join immediately, will be given preference.
- Fluency in English required, in addition to other languages.
Work Timings:
- 9am to 6pm – Monday to Saturday.
