Location: Dubai

Your chance to join an exciting Employment services provider in the GCC region looking for a full-time accountant with experience preferably in employment services industry.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate client payroll calculations.
• Ensuring timely and accurate client invoicing
• Follow up on accounts receivable
• Monitoring all client deposits
• Supporting the sales team in pricing requirements
• Monitoring the bank account and ensuring daily reconciliation of all receipts and payments
• Maintaining a daily cash flow of monies received and payments made
• Ensure adequate approval process is followed for all payments
• Record and monitor accounts payable
• Supplier account reconciliations
• Monitoring and controlling the company credit card spend
• Petty cash accounting and monitoring
• Ensure appropriate application of input and output VAT in client and supplier invoices.
• Coordination with internal and external auditors

Skills and Attributes:

• Degree in finance / accounting
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the UAE, preferably in the   Employment services industry
• Experience in using online accounting systems such as Xero, Quickbooks
• Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Be able to work under pressure

 Salary: AED7, 000.00 – AED10, 000.00 per month depending on experience
