We are recruiting a Female Accountant to join our Financial & Accounting

Dept. immediately in Dubai, UAE.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations

 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks.
• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Fit-Out Industry.

Technical Expertise / Skills / Knowledge:

• Sound understanding of general principles of accounting and payroll processing.
• Sound understanding of relevant UAE and VAT law.
• Sound analytical and intellectual capabilities & High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills (spoken & written).
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with managers / staff from different cultural backgrounds.
