Hey Folks – We’re Hiring!
We are seeking a diligent Accountant to join a real-estate client supported by Nixova. The ideal candidate will have practical UAE accounting experience and will manage a variety of finance functions including payroll, commissions and compliance tasks. This role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with accounting software, and the ability to produce timely, accurate financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commissions, payroll and vendor payments accurately and on schedule.
- Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure tax compliance as per UAE regulations.
- Produce monthly financial reports and maintain the general ledger to support management decision-making.
- Maintain accurate books of account and reconcile balances regularly.
- Provide financial insights and support to management on cashflow, costs and operational matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve accounting queries and ensure smooth processes.
Requirements:
- Proven UAE accounting experience (experience in the real estate sector is preferred).
- Strong Excel skills and confidence using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, good communication skills and ability to work independently.
