Description:
We are looking for Accountant (Arabic speaking) to join our team, must have 5-7 years of experience in education and construction background. Knowledge of Orison Accounting software is an advantage.
Collection management which include Cash/ Cheques/ Credit Card/ Online/ Skiply receipts and generating receipts for parents.
Day to day collection and bank reconciliation and release daily collection report. Refund management.
Ensure updated receivable aging and releasing reports end users, payment follow-ups.
Preparation of proforma invoices, reimbursement and other required documents related to parents.
Payroll management and ensure timely disbursal of monthly salaries.
Payable management: Supplier, Sub-contractor, Service providers, Government Dept., etc. documents and timely booking and payment.
Ensure all types of closing entries related to Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Employees, payables, etc.
Compliance of FTA – timely VAT return.
Finalization of books.
Attending Internal & External audit queries.
Coordinating with School Team.
