Accountant Required

Job requirements include but not limited to:

• Prepare Report for Payables/ Receivables from Clients/ Vendors
• Follow up with the Vendors’ for Invoices and collection of Cheque
• Send Invoices to clients for AR collections
• Issue Cheque and Payments Vouchers
• Calculate and release all Staff’s Monthly Overtime Salary, Extra Allowances and Cash Salaries
• Preparing Bank Guarantee’s Application for Issuance of Advance payment, Performance and Tender Bond and any other related bank transactions
• Review and maintain confidentiality of all Consultancy Services Agreements
• Calculate and release all Projects DM Fees, NOC’s Payments and also submit all original receipts to clients for reimbursement as per in the Consultancy Services Agreement
• Assist Senior Accountant in Financial Audit
• Manage all related payments of Chairman’s personal account
• Maintain all Accounting, Filling and Document Controlling as required
• VAT implementation, reconciling and VAT return filing quarterly
