Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom)
• Minimum 4 years of professional accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses with accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile bank statements, financial transactions, and accounts
• Maintain proper accounting records in compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes as needed
• Perform additional accounting duties as assigned
