Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant Administrative Assistant. He/she will be responsible for accounting jobs, providing administrative support, managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and scheduling meetings, maintaining files and records, and performing various clerical tasks. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Salary: AED 3500/- to AED 4000/-
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Accountant skills
- Tally experience is a must.
- UAE Driving license required.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication
- Strong clerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ready to join immediately.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
