Job Description Under the authority of the Head of the Resources Department, your main missions will be but not limited to

General Accounting

• General and analytical accounting of balance sheet entry
• VAT declaration

 Management control

• Drafting and monitoring of the budget and cash flow
• Participation in the development of the price and promotional offer
• Reporting and dashboards
• Follow-up of unpaid customers/companies
• Financial monitoring of contracts, subsidies, commitments…

Position details

• Urgent position to be filled as soon as possible
• One-year renewable fixed-term contract
• Part-time at 80% of 32 hours per week (full-time possible in the short term)
• Exceptionally, attendance outside regular hours may be requested for one-off Alliance events.
• Work indoors, in the offices of the Alliance Française. Partial teleworking possible.
• Salary according to profile

 Qualifications

• Bac +2 in accounting essential (BTS, DUT, DEUG)
• Successful experience of 3 years in a similar position.
• French and English, Arabic would be a plus.
• Mastery of IT tools (Sage, Office)
