Job Description

We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Account Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will provide clients with tailored life insurance solutions, helping them protect their loved ones and achieve peace of mind. Whether you are experienced or new to the industry, we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on life insurance products and options.
• Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend suitable policies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and provided marketing tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and policy offerings.
• Work independently while leveraging company support and resources.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one in your resident state).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software.
