Lapeyre Stair has an opening for a remote Account Representative.

Responsibilities
- Service inbound customer requests for quotes and orders through multiple channels of communication
- Assist customers with accurate transactions and industry specific product information
- Provide technical assistance for Lapeyre stair products and services
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Utilize telephone sales and support skills to create interest and offer value-added products and services to customers
- Build and expand customer relationships and help ensure replacement and increased business.
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to Co-manage accounts in coordination with multiple team resources
Requirements
- College degree or comparable working experience in customer service, sales or as a technical representative.
- 2+ years in a customer service or sales role
- Experience working in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, HubSpot preferred
- Strong mathematical and technical aptitude
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, along with a pleasant & professional phone manner
- Travel for 1 trade show annually
- Must be detail oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks using strong organizational skills
