What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Accurately process facility claims and edit EDI claims
• Analyze and adjudicate claims to ensure accurate payment
• Interface with other departments to obtain necessary information for claim resolutions
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex billing issues
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling protected health information (PHI)

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2+ years of office experience in the healthcare industry
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Medical Terminology, ICD10, CPT4, CMS1500, and UB-04 forms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to work any shift between the hours of 6:00 am – 6:00 pm CST
• Demonstrated data entry skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with thorough navigation of Excellian/Epic Hyperspace Billing System
• Experience with Change HealthCare Assurance Reimbursement Management claims system
