Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our team in the United States. As an integral part of Formapelec, you will be responsible for managing and processing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. You will work closely with our finance team to support the company’s financial operations and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
