About This Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to be the key link between our clients and our creative teams. You’ll manage client relationships, ensuring that their digital estates are thriving and aligned with their business goals.
This is a part-time position, with 15-20 hours per week. You can work from ANYWHERE.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Strategy Development: Work with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies that will help them achieve success.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our web development, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Communication: Articulate strategies and plans to clients in a clear, compelling way.
- Performance Monitoring: Keep an eye on project performance, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, ideally in a digital agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and web development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Very good command of the English Language.
- Arabic as a second language is a plus.
