We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join a global leader in telecommunications in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for their valued customers, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for business development in alignment with company’s growth and profitability targets.
- Implement company’s account strategy, leveraging a deep understanding of customers’ key business drivers to create profitable business opportunities and increase market share.
- Manage the presales offer lifecycle and quarterly forecasts in accordance with the company’s processes.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers’ commercial, operational, and technological challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in account management or sales within the Middle East region, preferably in the Telecom industry.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of telecommunications technology and solutions.
- Proven track record of success in negotiation and closing deals.
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
