Aurora Accountancy is young start-up outsource accounting consultancy based in Dubai, UAE that specializes in UAE Corporate Tax and UAE VAT. Due to recently winning some new accounts we require a full-time professional Account Manager.

Our requirements are as follows:

• Education and experience
• Specialized higher education (Economics, Financial Management and Accounting)
• Degree/qualification in Accounting and Finance (Full or partly completed)
• Experience in Accounting and Finance field at least 2-3 years

Knowledge and skills

• Fluency in English and Russian
• Excellent communicating skills
• Knowledge of VAT UAE preferable
• Working on the result and problem solving
• Multitasking
• Managerial skills
• For Russian Speakers only

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients on accounting routine issues
• Managing a group of three accountants
• Assisting clients with TRM obtaining and VAT filling
• Communicating with banks
• Coordinating all tasks between other accountants and ensuring timely completion
• Preparing Financial reports or rewinding reports prepared by other team members
• Ensuring the performance of the team and encourage a positive and friendly atmosphere among the team members
