Hiring Account Manager for a Logistics company
The ideal candidate must have exceptional experience of portfolio management and will be responsible for but not limited to:
Establishing & building client relationships across key accounts, maintaining exceptional client service level and sustainable revenue stream for the company.
Producing business reviews and liaising with clients to build annual plans and identify opportunities.
Creating and implementing processes and improvements related to client relationship, customer care
Building forecasts of, but not limited to, number of orders and revenue for the client portfolio
Being the point of contact to resolve issues for the clients regarding logistics, sales, systems, etc.
Required skills & experience
- Excellent command over English & Arabic language both written and verbal
- 2 to 3 years of account management experience within the logistics industry with proven record is a must
- Holder of UAE driving license and car
