Hiring an Account Manager on behalf of our client, a mid-sized Creative & Marketing Agency in Dubai.

Duration: 6 months contract (with a potential to convert to full-time)

Compensation: AED 15,000 – AED 16,000 plus benefits

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a polished and sophisticated Account Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, leading projects, and delivering high-quality work that aligns with the clients’ branding and communication goals. With a strong focus on performance, this contract has the potential to evolve into a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Along with the Senior Account Director, serve as the point of contact for the assigned client, ensuring their needs are understood and met with high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage branding, communication, and social media interventions from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
• Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans that align with brand goals and drive engagement.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to ensure that all deliverables reflect the client’s brand vision and messaging.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Team Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, including creatives, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Job Specs:

• 5 – 7 years of Account Management experience in Agencies, specifically managing Clients on their Branding & Communication mandates
• In order to balance the gender split within the team, the preferred candidate is a diversity-hire and “Arabic” speaking proficiency is NOT REQUIRED
• Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills.
• Sharp, well-groomed, polished, and sophisticated personality is crucial as this is a client-facing role

• AED 15,000 – 16,000 per month plus standard benefits
