Account Executive

3+ yrs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing sales invoices, delivery challans and relevant documents,
• E Invoice process,
• Invoice submission to the client (GRN Supporting)
• Export/Import Procedures,
• Banking Activities related to Export/Import and Regular transactions,
• Follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Handling client queries related to Invoice & PO,
• Filing monthly/ quarterly returns for GST,
• Cash and petty cash record keeping,
• Updating purchase bills on regular basis.

• Candidate should have sound knowledge in GST, TDS, & all statutory matters.
• Preferably Hindi Language should be known for communication.
