AC Technician Vacancy

Job Description:

• Maintain all the AC units on the site.
• Troubleshooting, Installation and repair of various HVAC equipment and replacement of parts.
• Knowledge of the building infrastructure and the critical infrastructure systems including main chiller plant, localized split systems, sub-distribution i.e. FCU’s, AHU’s, air extract system, BMS controls , water supply system etc.
• Experience handling Split Unit, Package Unit, FAHU, AHU, FCU, DX unit etc.
• Set preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Handling reactive and corrective maintenance of units.
• Awareness of quality, health and safety procedures.
